In early 2017, an architectural client’s network failed, causing half of their office to lose connectivity. They engaged our team for emergency response services to help restore their network. In a little over an hour after the call, our team was on site helping with the hardware change-out and network restoration, greatly reducing our client’s stress level as to how people were going to be able to work the next day. Based on this performance, the client requested proposals for our CIO Advisory Service Program, including disaster recovery planning.
